Are there any websites similar to YouTube for auto-generating subtitles for uploaded videos? When I download some videos from the Rumble website and send them to YouTube so that the YouTube website can automatically generate subtitles, they automatically remove the videos due to controversial content, and even when such a video is sent privately so that only I can watch it. I want to generate subtitles so that I can then download the generated subtitle file and translate it via the website https://downsub.com.
Does the Rumble or Facebook or other website have an option to auto-generate subtitles for videos so that I can upload videos on any controversial topic?
There are many sites created specifically for transcribing movies and audio recordings themselves, but there are only a few minutes of them free. If the film lasts several hours, I would have to divide it into many pieces of several minutes each and create a free account for each piece of the film on a website for auto-generating films, but this is a lot of work.

 

How can I download subtitles from the Rumble website https://rumble.com/v1hur41-the-real-bill.html into a subtitle file? I can download this movie and send it to some website to generate subtitles and then translate it into Polish using a translator, but the translator may translate with errors. Subtitles for this film are already in Polish. That's why I want to have the subtitles in a separate file so that the speech synthesizer can read them to me instead of reading the subtitles myself.
