Undervolting issues

Im having issues with my new ryzen 7 5800x3d, it is running extremely hot, i already replaced my cooler because i thought it was broken but it didnt solve it, after replacing the cooler i thought of undervolting him but while following a guide i noticed that im missing some options on the bios (Aorus B450 Elite) voltage section. 

 

Im supposed to have these options but i only have the last one

What is the temperatuers you are seeing and what cooler did you get?

Same bios. Which article is it? A link?

What's the temperature at idle, max, and gaming/doing some task. How hot is extremely hot? When it is hot, what's the frequency? If the CPU is not lowering the clock speed, then it is probably fine.

the cpu is reaching 90 celsius while gaming and 70/75 at idle, i got an Arctic Liquid Freezer II 240

its reaching 90 celsius while gaming and the frequency lowers to around 3Mhz.

You did take the plastic sticker off the bottom of the cold plate on the cooler right and it has got thermal paste on it? 

 

If so you might have a duff pump but it's hard to say based off what you have told us.

yeah seems like i forgot to take out the plastic xD
