I am trying to make my PC windows 11 compatible and not sure what next step is pc health check says that my PC must support Secure Boot

I have ASUS TUF X570 plus wifi my boot drive is set to GPT I have seen that you need to turn CSM off in BIOS but when I try to do that I cant boot to windows and it doesn't see my boot drive and get stuck booting to BIOS until i turn it back on.

Your drive cant be gpt then. Run mbr2gpt first then turn off csm and enable secure boot

If is GPT there should be a (100MB) Efi boot partition? Without this your drive will not be bootable in efi mode (csm disabled)

 

You can create a new efi boot partition. For this you will need to boot to to windows installation media and enter cmd prompt (Shift + F10) to run diskpart. This post lists the steps need to create a new efi partition.

To make this step easier, only have your windows drive connected. Otherwise you will first need to identify your drive using diskpart list disk command and amend the commands to target the correct drive.
