Budget (including currency): around what I have

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: gaming and server hosting

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): https://pcpartpicker.com/list/hN8y89 this is my list I just want to know if there are any better mini itx motherboards or better ram or ssd for this build.

First of all, I'd definitely get a GPU (if you plan to game much) unless you're going to get that later. You could definitely swap out the 980 Pro SSD for a cheaper Crucial P3 SSD and use that money for 32GB of RAM. 16GB is becoming more and more obsolete and some newer games actually recommend 32GB. If you need a GPU then the 6600XT ($190-200) and 6700XT ($270-300) are both good options used.

If you are looking at getting into server stuff then I would recommend the Fractal Node 804 case. Its uATX but still very small and can accommodate loads of kit and has great cooling options.

Also, 1200w PSU is overkill.

Any reason not to run full ATX on this ATX case? Trust me, it doesnt look sleek and boardless in reality it looks like the oversized denim era.

And yeah that PSU can fetch decent moolah in used, if you cant refund it anymore. 1200W is outright unecessary in mITX, 850W is max.

I will have a full atx in this case but that is a little out of my budget right now this case will have two systems in it so this one will be on the bottom.
