Ez debug cpu led

Hi, 

recently built my new pc. Everything was working fine until I Tried to install Windows. About the middle of the installation, my pc just shut down.

I tried to restart it and got a black screen and no keyboard/mouse. Also got a ez debug cpu led on my motherboard (didn’t have this led before trying to install windows) 

 

I’ve try to reset cmos, update the bios with usb and flash button on motherboard, verify every connection and I still have this cpu led on and no monitor and keyboard/mouse. 
 

Do you have any idea about that ? Do you think cpu or anything could be damaged ?
