CPU debug light is on Ryzen 9 5900x

So I’m upgrading my older pc I upgraded ram (worked fine), power supply (worked fine), cpu (not so much). I put in new cpu and the white debug light keeps coming on. I really don’t know what to do… will not boot.

 

Specs

B450M BAZOOKA MAX WIFI

32 GB ddr4 ram

850w redragon power suppl

ryzen 9 5900x

500 GB ssd

Did you upgrade the BIOS before hand?

Did you update the BIOS on your motherboard before installing the new CPU? The BIOS on the board needs to be version 7C87v17 or newer for the 5900X to work.
