What program is this?

Hi everyone

 

I need to create a store concept for a paper in college and to display what I planned I was thinking of designing the store in a 3D way as well. So I found a video where they use a program to replicate a Starbucks store. But they sadly never mention what program they use to do this. I posted some screenshots below. If anybody knows what it is please tell me. It doesn't really matter if it costs money my college carries the expenses for research

Try using Blender 3D. It has the best interface and you can even make it Photorealistic animation or image with Cycles rendering.

I think it is "3D studio Max" but it is very expensive, in my country it is $3000.
