Blocking Java querying for current user

Proton

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post in, but I'm trying to run multiple instances of a java program which only allows two to be ran on one user account. Is there a way to block java from being able to access a specific registry key or returning a false value to java when it asks for which user is currently logged in?
