PC hardware issue.

Hello,

I'm running in to issue when -  after turning power supply off and on again, my computer has issues booting, when I get it to boot(after just spamming on off button serval times) there is no problem until I turn off power supply or unplug power cable, I have tried to replace power supply issue still persist, tried resetting ram, reinstalled ram, bios update issue still persist. Read somewhere if the CMOS battery is dead this issue could happen, but motherboard clock is correct if that's any indication that it is not dead. When I get the pc to boot, I can play games and do all the stuff normally, but booting is the problem.

Do you guys have some idea, what could be wrong?
