so i built my (first) pc last friday, and things have been going pretty smooth for the most part, except i keep getting these (seemingly) random frame dips where my game basically completely freezes up for about a full 1-2 seconds then goes back to normal.

im running a 7900x3d, asrock b650m pro rs wifi, gskill ripjaws 32gb ddr5-6000mhz cl32, kingston nv2 2 tb m.2, sapphire pulse rx 7900 xt, phanteks revolt sfx 850w.

ive narrowed it down to a gpu issue and not a network/lag issue. i did so by not only trying both my ethernet and wifi, but also by doing "ping (ip address) -t" and both times the latency never went over 5ms. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling my gpu drivers as well as downloading the "driver only" version of adrenalin. neither the cpu nor gpu temps are spiking (or high at all for that matter). however, usage does get quite high (depending on the game/settings)

im skeptical this might be happening because of some settings i changed in my bios, but im not sure.

any help would be greatly appreciated :)
