RAM Speeds

Should I get 3200 mhz or 4000 mhz RAM? What percentage(roughly) in framerate will this change?

Unless you know what you're doing, you don't want to go above 3800MT/s on a 5600X, and even then if you're just planning on enabling XMP you want to stick to 3600. 

 

By default, get the 3200 speed. There isn't that much difference between it and 3600 CL18 anyway.
