99%cpu usage after reinstall

Hi guys i could Use some help.

I reinstalled Windows 10 home on the packard bell laptop eg70 for my brother in law . 

It says it has a 64 bit Processor and i installed Windows 64 bit Version. 

It has 4 gb of ram and an amd radeon e1-2500 apu. 

First off is 64 bit Windows really the right Version for this processor?

And what could be the reasons it immadietly goes up to 100% ?

It idles at 58 degrees

Yes. 32bit Windows isn't even a thing anymore.

Probably because this is a 10 year old chip, and wasn't a particularly good one when it was released. Personally I wouldn't be running Windows on this machine, it's simply too heavy for that CPU.

poopoo cpu, try linux or windows 8.1 to get some use out of that cpu

Yeah so that cpu was very low end back 13 years ago and was back then already not able to browse the internet well.

 

Nowadays it's so slow that basically running windows doing NOTHING is too much.

 

Simply put that device is too old and weak to be usable. Even with a super low end simple linux install expect 100% loading google and it being very very very slow.

 

Pretty much to put it into perspective a pentium 4 from 2002 is faster
