Freezing problem when playing Guild wars 2

SORRY FOR MY WRONG GRAMMAR.

 

Whenever I play Guild wars 2 for like 30 Mins My whole system freezes. 

First thing that happened was my monitor froze then the buzzing sounds came. Then I can't control anything, Keyboard,mouse.

I tried to open the task manager and I pressed Ctrl+alt+del to close Guild wars 2 but didn't work. 

and I Tried to press the restart button  (PC case) Didn't work either

 

What I did was I pressed the power button for 4 seconds to turn off my PC. cause I really don't know what to do.

I can't control the keyboard,mouse and even the restart button on my pc case doesn't work. can't really do anything.

My friend told me that turning off a computer not properly will cause problems and stuff.

What do I do? help me please? i'm not really good at fixing a computer and stuff like that. 

 

I'm not having any FPS issues in guild wars 2

the freezing thing is the only problem.

my GPU driver is updated.

I think it's not overheating because Whenever I play Guild Wars 2 I always open my Air conditioner.

Does this happen with any other games? What are the temperatures of your system like when it's idle or under load?

also check background processes, startup programs, etc. to make sure there is nothing eating up too much memory.
