Custom keyboard help

Hey everyone!

 

I had to replace the PCB on my custom keyboard after a spill and I am now having an issue where the keys in diagonal with 8 aren't registering on the new PCB. I tried replacing all the switches that aren't registering with no luck. 

 

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
