Description of Original Problem: So I built my PC a week ago, launched fine. Played Portal 2 with a friend and everything worked just fine, and then downloaded rust and tried to play that but computer restarts after getting into the menu or once in a game. Tried with that new Avatar game and crashes about 30 seconds into that as well. There's no error when it boots back up but looking at event viewer it says "kernel power 41 error" which I know doesn't mean much

Troubleshooting: Downclocked ram, reseated ram, basically taken everything apart and put back together to make sure it was all seated correctly, updated (bios, cpu, and gpu), stress tested the cpu and gpu no problems (temp, speed, usage all looks good), turned all settings in bios to recommended factory settings, and maybe some more but it's been four straight days of testing.

One thing that I found that might help is I ran Heaven Benchmark 4.0 and when I turned anti-aliasing on at like 8x it crashed in the first second. 4x it lasted about 10 seconds. 2x like 30 seconds. When I turned it off it ran just fine, no computer restart.
