GPU is underperforming

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti LHR video card benchmark result - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X,ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. ROG STRIX B550-A GAMING (3dmark.com)
 

Here are the benchmarks. I reinstalled Nvidia drivers and got a slightly higher performance even after the fact that I have my graphics on default which makes better. What should I do?
