After a bit of research for good components, I came up with this draft for a build that I will probably buy in December or January. I'll primarily be using it for 1440p gaming (MMOs, AAA games). My budget is around 1400€ and I'm ordering all of the parts from Germany. I used the site geizhals.de to compare prices, for reference.

I would love some feedback to see if everything is compatible, if there are any higher quality/cheaper parts to get or if the build is fine as it is.

Hello, I would go with something like this... I selected much better parts for your money, they will be much more durable and reliable for many years to come. I don't really like ASRock for Motherboards because they often look so cheap and a lot of people don't like the VRMs, BIOS, and RGB Software. I switched out the M.2 Drive for a much better one. It has more Speed has better longevity of 1,700,000 hours. I picked a better Case and Power Supply. The RAM I picked has a bit of RGB, it was a bit cheaper than what you had and if you don't like RGB then you can just turn it off with the RGB Software from MSI.

If you have any questions for me please ask and I can be reached here or if you prefer a quicker response then you can text me on Discord. Here is my Discord: Wizardsnapper#2772 . I can go over them in more detail if you need on there.

The only 2 changes id do is removing the cooler from the cost and getting a slightly cheaper SSD. Those 2 alone can afford us 2 more cores.
