Usb C Hub Question

I am looking for help to determine if using a hub to connect a Steamdeck to wired internet and a portorable display. I want to set it up so I only need to plug the USB c cord into the display. And have the hub provid power and networking to the deck and display. Is this posable? I can't seam to find any hubs that have a usb c out that can provide power and single to the display.

Something like this should do most of it. USB C video out isn't something you're going to find, at least unlikely.

Thank you for the help. The USB C video I thought was not going to be possible but I figured if anyone knew if it was posiable they would be here.
