NEED HELP! Nat not working on school working buy private addresses are

Hello, I am a tech for Morton School district and on Friday we had a power outage. Our head tech support came in and reset the servers with no issues. This morning however the High School is experiencing major issues. The computers that use Nat are not working (runs on 10.10.20.xx) and our privately addressed computers (169.204.219.xx) are able to connect just fine. The school pissed off our head tech and he quit. I am a college student in training and don't have enough experience to fix this issue on my own. Please help!

if its an urgent issue i recommend posting this on different websites to get more answers
