well thats a mess!

it looks like you have the 24pin cable from the psu to the motherboard the wrong way around, the solid 24 pin goes into the motherboard the other end that is split into 2 connectors goes into the psu...lets hope you have not fried anyting?

I would remove all cables again *carefully and re do the cabling, making 100% certain you are using the right cables and the right ends of them are in the right parts -motherboard-psu, you see the last photo, that spereate cable on the inside of the case going to the 24 pin is wrong, that goes into the motherboard end (same as the rest of the cable for the 24 pin)

Start by checking that all cables are fully inserted. Couple of your pictures show cables that aren't plugged in all the way.

Does this white flash happen everytime you try or only the first time

If its only the first i suspect something may have shorted

in the last photo of the 24 pin cable going to the motherboard there is the main part of the cable behind the case but there is a cable (4 wires looks like) inside the case, that should not be happening it is all part of the same cabling, the main 24pin motherboard cable must be plugged in wrong, I have never seen it able to be seperate like that before

the 24 pin connector that goes into the motherboard 24pin header is solid block not 2 seperate parts

anytime i flick the psu switch

I know this is going to be a pain, But can you take everything out of the case and assemble it externally to check if you get a boot that way.

That PSU in particular has an extra 4 Sense Pins that go into the PSU.

I would remove everyting from the case and build outside, just getting the wires right and then test..as from photos its all looking a bit confusing with that 24 pin having a seperate wire running to it

good thinking i got picture this time now i need to put it back together
