System:

cpu: i7-4790

gpu: rx 5600xt

ram: 16gb (4x4gb; 3 samsung, 1 goldkey)

mb: Biostart b85z5  hifi

Problem:

Was just browsing the internet and then my display just cut off. Restarting the system seemed to fix it tho. Tried playing a game and was shocked to see it freezing/stuttering. In the settings, refresh rate was showing 64 Hz. Quit the game and checked display properties under windows settings and pretty much every value there was incorrect. It listed 8gb vram and a refresh rate of 1.00000Hz. So, I DDU and re-installed drivers and now, everything seems to be fine.

The question really is what exactly happened, and was it a one time thing?
