Bottleneck help

It probably been better to get a 9th gen i7 or i9 instead as the i5 9700k will bottleneck at 1080p with this gpu

You are not even loading the gpu with those settings is why.

 

dlss ultra performance means you are playing the game in Standard def, 480p

 

play the game at even FHD or 1440p and you will find your are not CPU bottlenecked.

yes it bottlenecks a 4090 at 1440p.
But a its going to be GPU bound with a 4070ti at 1440p. 

OP has a 1440p screen. They should play at 1440p.

at 480p you can bottleneck a 1660 with a 14900k/7800x3d and be CPU bound.

If they are not getting more FPS and the GPU is not maxed out, guess what? It's a CPU bottleneck.
