Are new version better or older headphones for audiophiles?

 

I  listing allot of Anime music,classic,rock,metal

 

Will this work for also wacthing videos with lower audio with out needing to boost gain.

 

I also have flac files and wanna test hires and Are this audiophile possbile sony 360 and apple special sound and dolby sourrond sound?

Are this good?

 

I am in the midwest Usa.

The moment you go wireless you leave audiophile land as then it's just the onboard bt codec that decides the quality.

 

So these hd600's + a budget dac (as they are power hungry) will do you nicely and sound great.

HD600's are brilliant headphones, if you really feel like you need a dac or amp then Qudelix 5k is your best budget friendly option out there

The HD600/650/6xx family is an oldie but a goodie.  If I had to whittle down my collection to 2 or 3 headphones they would make the cut.  Since you already have a dac/amp I would easily make the recommendation.
