At wits end

Hi I built my PC about a year ago and have had basically no issues with it until a couple months ago it would randomly power off. This issues disappeared until recently and now my PC powers off when I put it to sleep and after a few minutes of idling. Tired a fresh windows install and am now stuck in a loop of only being able to power it on for a minute before it shuts off again. Have tired removing GPU, booting off 1 RAM stick. I have absolutely no idea what to do at this point any help would be appreciated. System is Ryzen 9 7900x, ROG crosshair x670e, RTX 3080, 32 gb g skill ddr5
