New PC troubles

Go to solution Solved by SneakTop,

Found the solution! It was my GTX 1070 DisplayPort Firmware being out of date. I updated it in a different PC and then I could boot to the BIOS. Thanks for the reply's though!

I just built a pc with a 13600kf and a z790 edge wifi with a EVGA 1070, but I can't access the bios. Sometimes it will boot into windows, but as soon as I try to boot into the BIOS it won't display anything and become unresponsive, it won't even boot into Windows after an attempt to get into the BIOS. I feel like I've tried troubleshooting everything, even after a BIOS flash it's still unresponsive with no debug LEDs on.

Please help

To elaborate, I have tried multiple GPUs, as well as clearing CMOS, updating the bios using flash, trying different boot drives, and replacing the brand new CMOS battery. I am at a complete lost, and MSI support wants me to send the board in for RMA, which is not preferred because I need my desktop for work. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it, as I've been at this project for multiple days now.
