Can you give us your budget and location? It's hard to recommend anything without knowing them.

Also, any particular reason you want an ROG board?

EDIT: Also, can you tell us if you need peripherals, monitors and OS?

It's under budget, but it will likely do what you need. There's plenty of room for monitors and peripherals if you need them. Depending on what resolution you're gaming at, you may be better with 290Xs for higher resolutions. You could go for Titan Blacks for the best performance at around 4K, but it depends if you're prepared to spend that much.

Maybe go for the 750D. It's pretty much the same, but bigger, It's up to you though, cases are pretty much subjective.

How many USB ports are you going to be using at once that need to be USB 3.0?

If you need more then this is one of the things you should have specified in the OP.

1. theres 8 pcie slots more then enough for storage expansion

2. theres plenty of usb ports check one of images on pcpartpicker

3. the motherboard supports sli/crossfire pcpartpickers just being dumb and saying it dosent

Not really. It uses a load of power, gives off a load of heat, costs a load of money and doesn't perform much better than 3 way SLI.

1 card is about 100%

2 cards is about 190%

3 cards is about 260%

4 cards is about 310%

I agree with the twin 780Ti's but the 500GB SSD is somewhat over kill, why not go 240  SSD and a 4TB drive? OR if he's doing Gameplay recording I suggest getting 2 x 2TB HDD's to have on to record with fraps and another to store games since FRAPs records at insanely high bitrates. I also agree with 16GB of RAM being the sweet spot. Also at this price point why not go 2011 with a 4930k? It would be nice for render times.

Well I need a mouse, keyboard, speakers(not headphones) and a microphone on its own

The mouse and keyboard are very personal.

The razr DeathAdder is widely regarded as the gold STANDARD as it is very generic but an incredibly good generic.

http://www.razerzone.com/gaming-mice/razer-deathadder

For a keyboard really it's just down to what switches you want, take a trip to fry's or ask a few friends if you don't already have a specific kind of switch in mind.

For the microphone the Blue Yeti and Blue Snowball are both VERY competitive for their price points.

At this price point especially for video editing why not go 2011 and a 4930k for render times. A second 780 Ti at this price may be a good idea but totally optional. And maybe add a second HDD same size. Like the case, maybe a better power supply if doing the second 780 Ti and consider Platinum then, but for single GPU I like the PSU. And I agree 16GB is the sweet spot.

is 4 way sli any good

Not worth it in any way outside of Crypto Currencies.

This will crush every game you throw at it.....includes everyhting you need to have the best gaming setup ever

Good speakers, mouse, monitor, keyboard, power supply, case, ssd, and CPU cooler. But consider socket 2011 for editing and maybe a 4930k at this price point. Maybe a bigger HDD if you arent working off a NAS or external enclosure. OpenCL is not quite up to par with CUDA but it's no push over, and I agree with the 16GB of RAM.

AMD A10 5800K / MSI Twin Frozr iii Radeon HD 7850 / Corsair XMS 8GB Dual Channel @ 1333MHz / MSI FM2-A75MA-E35

The mouse and keyboard are very personal.

The razr DeathAdder is widely regarded as the gold STANDARD as it is very generic but an incredibly good generic.

Thank you people for your support. I really do want a haswell processor but 240gb ssd and 2*2tb hard drive i agree with. 4 way sli is way too expensive any way
