I am reading up on EVGA backplates and apparently if I buy the backplate for a reference EVGA 670 it SHOULD work with my Galaxy 2GB Reference 670 cards. I have 2 of them and I am getting a new case and I want them to look a bit nicer.

Does anyone know if said backplate would work with my cards?

Will the reference evga backplate work with my non-evga reference card?

Sorry I mis read I thought the card was a refernce design lol. IMO if you asked me I would say buy the backplat and see if it fits. If the back plate does not match up properly then just send it back. Also please don't blame me if you damage your card on my advice this is just my opinion and what i would do.

My card IS reference. My card is made by galaxy and its pretty much the standard nvidia card with a galaxy logo slapped on it.

EVGA sells a backplate for their version of the reference card that I am not sure if it will fit my card. I understand the risks of dismantling my cards and I am willing to take it.

I am pretty sure it will fit but just be carful and don't force anything.
