Ram compatibility issue

I had a 8Gb 3000mhz ram before and i added another same brand 3200mhz 8GB ram, previously i overclocked the 3000mhz ram to 3200mhz and it was running fine but after the upgrade its only running at 2133Mhz.I can overclock it and make it to 3200mhz in bios but system only shows 2133mhz( i have a ryzen 3 3200g with a b450 gaming pro carbon ac motherboard and ram running in dual module) what's the reason and how can i fix it?

Latest bios?

try settting both to 3000..
