is my mates pc a good idea seem a bit bad on the cpu cooler

for gaming at 1080p 75 hz

game are beamng drive asseto Corsa and scrap mechanic

What does he want to do with it?  Resolution?  Games?  Other apps?

 

I wouldn't pair a 5800X with a 4070Ti, but I would if I needed productivity.  4070Ti isn't a great value.

 

So it's a decent PC, and it's a not good PC.  Depending.
