New pc build

Hi there, I'm planning to build a new PC for January. I've compiled a list of components that, in my opinion, form a strong build. However, I want to gather some insights and opinions.

My primary focus revolves around gaming, especially Call of Duty, at 1440p with a refresh rate of 165Hz. I also play games like Rust, BF, Assetto Corsa, and RDR, mostly multiplayer gaming.

I also stream from time to time 

Here's the list of components I'm considering:

• Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 
• Motherboard: Gigabyte B650 AORUS ELITE AX ATX AM5
• CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken x63 (I already have this from my previous PC, and I've checked that I can buy an AM5 mount for it)
• Case: Lian Li PC-O11
• Graphics Card: Gigabyte WINDFORCE OC GeForce RTX 4070 
• RAM: Corsair Vengeance 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 
• Storage: Adata XPG SPECTRIX S40G 1TB (I'm also gonna reuse this from my previous PC)
• Power Supply: NZXT C850 (2022) 850 W 80+ Gold

My budget for this build hovers around 13,000 Danish Krone, which roughly translates to 1800-1900 USD. I'm open to any feedback or thoughts on this proposed setup.
