I could not find the exact spring screws but it's noted that the most common screw size for graphics cards is M2x6.8. Other sizes such as M2x7

and M2.5x6.9 are also used in different models.If you're looking to replace the screw, it's recommended to take measurements of the existing screws to ensure the correct size. If possible, use a caliper for precise measurements. Please note that while the MSI GTX 1660 Super Gaming X cooler is held by 4 spring screws on the heatsink, the exact size is not specified.

OP just buy one of those m.2 multi screw packs of varying lengths,  They are cheap and you will find something extremely close if not the same.

 

Slightly shorter is fine just don't tension them down too hard so the spring does it's job.
