Budget (including currency): 1100 - 1400 $

Country: turkey

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: blender, UE5, 1440p gaming

Other details

I got a good deal on a used 3080 and I'm looking to build a pc around that. I will be using it for blender and ue5 as well as gaming. Based on the price and availability I came up with a 13400f build and a 13600k one. When everything is added up including the cooler for 13600k this build costs around 30% more. Around 1100$ vs 1400.  Do you think it's worth the increase in price? I like having the option to switch to a 4080 sometime in the future but that won't happen soon.  My screen is 1440p, the rams will be ddr5, 6000mhz for 13600k and 5200mhz for 13400f, I could go with DDR 4s too, they cost about the same.

Please help me decide. Thank you all in advance.

Look  at 12600K it may be cheap and more effective than a 13400

Where I live It's priced midway between 13600 and 13400. From what I understand I'd still need a strong CPU cooler. I feel like it makes more sense to go for 13600 if I'm going to invest in cooling anyway.
