Hey, I bought my PC a week ago and I noticed that there is a noise that is going up and down like an airplane or something like that ... even with my headset (hyper x cloud 2 I) I can still hear it .... and I am not sure if it's normal

the aio is iCUE H150i ELITE LCD XT and I paired it with 9750x
  1. it makes this sound sometimes only when I shut it and turn it on again. link - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BsO3cqOZxuH2gXj9jaaL1GPWSpp31vZ6/view?usp=sharing
  2. And this sound is like an airplane or something, its going up and down (You can hear it with a headset on) try to ignore the fan noises. link - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1s6xvW3eBNMGMHbHX3mqtcFsTzURU09Db/view?usp=sharing
  3. another sound near the pump https://drive.google.com/file/d/187p6X-NahSuRv2Qp8ZnRhd-v9mTS9VFg/vie

seems to be related to a cycle. like something is turning and the sound is comes and goes its really really annoying and I can't even sit near the computer

Is that normal or should I RMA it ?

What position is the radiator in within the build? What is the position of the tubes on the radiator?

Has the noise disappeared at all? Have you tried moving the PC around to see if you can the noise to disappear? If not, I would call the store that you bought the PC from, and either ask for a refund, or have them replace the AIO for you.
