PC Keeps Restarting/Bluescreening

Hello. My PC has been restarting/bluescreening for the last year since I've gotten my current GPU (ROG 3060 Ti). Wattage shouldn't be an issue as I have a 550W EVGA PSU and I checked the cables multiple times. I don't know for sure about the GPU being the reason for the problem, but I don't know if anything else would be causing this bad of an issue. It typically crashes while playing games like Escape from Tarkov or CS. Hope someone can help, Thank you.

I'm not absolutly sure this 550W is enough for a 3060Ti tho. 
NVIDIA recommand 600W. (https://www.nvidia.com/fr-fr/geforce/graphics-cards/30-series/rtx-3060-3060ti/) 
And from experience, I tend to recommand going a bit above NVIDIA's PSUs recommandations, since a lot of users had troubles with the 3080 on 750W PSUs. Which is what NVIDIA recommands for that card.  
30 series been known for power spikes, trigerring PSU's over current protection.  
So ya...

I got a new PSU friday and am still having issues, it is a 850W so it shouldn't be the problem no?
