Other details Gaming at 1080p, 144hz yet. Will prolly upgrade in the future

Value Upgrade:
Hey guys, im thinking of Upgrading my Rig, or to just get rid of the power imbalance. A year ago i got a RTX 3070 OC for pretty cheap, and bundled that with a 750W PSU upgrade. The rest of my Rig is almost 6 Years old at this point. Im running a Ryzen 5 1600 and a 350m AsRock board, my MoBo doesnt even support 3200mhz. I know my Rig is pretty bottlenecked, im now thinking of upgrading if I can shoot a good deal. Im thinking of staying on AM4 with a Ryzen 7 5800x3D and maybe a 450M/550M Motherboard. The question is, if this still worth a ~400€ Upgrade or if should just go with a Ryzen 5700x or even 5600x for half with price. I know that more Cache is really useful, but doesnt it warrant a 150€ upprice in comparision to a normal 5700x? Im also running 16gbs of 3200mhz Ram. 
Is anyone here also running the 5800x3d with a stock cooler ? How well is that working

The 5800X3D is more temperature sensitive due to the stacked cache, so an aftermarket cooler is highly recommended. However, having so much cache means that the CPU is far less dependent on how good your DRAM is, so a basic kit of DDR4-3000 CL16 will offer basically the same performance as 3600 in most cases. A 5800X3D + 3070 at 1080p will comfortably hold out until budget Zen 5 & Blackwell options arrive.
