Hello, All!

I'm looking for a cloud sync solution that fulfills my needs, which I thought were not that particular, but I don't know anymore, allow me to explain (please bear with me, I know I might be doing it "the wrong way", but it has worked pretty well so far and I have everything set-up to work like that):

I have two PCs and my stuff is stored in Google Drive, for which I pay a yearly 2 TB storage (and I share it, so I can't do away with it, nor do I really want to). My local file structures are such that I need to be able to select where in my local drive I want synced folders to be located, I also need to be able to sync different folders to different locations, either within the same local drive or within other local drives, internal or external (USB). I need to have all my files (all the ones in folders I've chosen, that is) locally stored in both computers, not "streamed" or "on-demand", just actually there always, and automatically two-way synced so that both computers always have everything and everything is always up to date without requiring user input (I mean, of course a bit of handling now and then, whatever). I handle up to 5 GB files, but it's docs, pdfs, jpegs, and the like for the most part. Whenever I set-up a new computer or have to perform a system reset, I just make a full copy of my existing file structure and configure my syncing solution, so I expect it to check and compare everything with the online repository before actually attempting to sync anything, it might sound absurd to clarify this, but I’ve had other apps (and by "other apps" I mean Insync...) just ignore this critical step (or I believe it to be critical, am I mistaken?) and just go ahead and upload everything, leaving me with a ton of duplicate files and folders. Ideally, I would prefer to purchase a lifetime plan, I'm willing to dish out up to USD 200 for this. I'm also not very technical (I'm rather sure you know that already if you got this far n_n'), so any command-line based solutions, or other more... exotic-for-the-average-human ones would not be my first option, but I'm absolutely willing to learn if THE solution requires me to.

Anyway, I thank you all!
