CLOCK_Watchdog_timeout

Ok so I got this computer about 6 months ago. It runs great no issues at all. Until about 2 weeks ago, I wanted to run a benchmark. Just so I can see how my rig was doing. The. Booom I got a clock_Watchdog_timeout.

im not sure what triggered the issue. Is there anybody that can help out. 
it crashes the moment it starts running the 64 core cpu benchmark. I don’t even have 64 cores lol. Do I need to reinstall my windows image again or is it a bad CPU.
