Budget (including currency): 650$ in USD

Country: Philippines

Use case: Genshin, Honkai, VR games, WebDev, and Blender

Other details: Acer Nitro VG271U 1440p 180hz monitor

 

The cheapest RTX 4070 was thRe Gigabyte TX 4070 windforce OC which costs 670$ in my country. I would've like to go with the RX 7700 because it's slightly cheaper even if it's slower in productivity based apps, but VR is better on Nvidia cards.

 

That aside, the RTX 4070 is pretty expensive, so I wanted to split my build into two phases: phase 1 is everything but the GPU while phase 2 is the GPU. I'd like to go AM5, but if it's to expensive then AM4
