cpu move inside box

I just got cpu from https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BCF5CZ16?tag=pcpapi-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1&psc=1 When it came in I noticed the cpu inside plastic package been moving around inside box. Is this something I should be worried about or that's normal?

Can you show a picture of it?

 

If it doesnt work you should be able to return it if it was sold and shipped by amazon.
