Ubiquiti Help Please

So we're upgrading all the networking at my job, I changed out our switch with a USW-Pro-48-PoE, Hooked up our UDM Pro, and I got 2 USW-Aggregation to rout our fiber lines that distribute amongst the building. The problem is everything in the front office works because it is not going through the Aggregation switches, other than our PDM server that I have hooked up to the aggregation switch and I can access that fine, all the other ports are flashing warning signs nothing is in the logs, and I even went out to a few work stations on different fiber nodes and confirmed they do not have a net work connection. I've been googling but it doesn't seem to be that common. any ideas?

Also forgot to mention the reason for the Aggregation switches was we're replacing a Allied Telesyn AT-8516F/SC because I needed to change the fiber lines from SC/SC to SC/LC to work with the ubiquiti stuff  its worth mentioning I also upgraded the patch cables to OM3 when it was originally OM2

Turns out the USW didnt play nice with the Allied Telesyn fiber switch on the other side of the line, hooked up a Professional 8 PoE on the other end and everything started working
