NEED HELP WITH PRE-BUILT PC

I am mostly new in the pc space and I am thinking about moving from my console to pc master race. I am looking for good well balanced pc with 2 things in mind, being having a price range of 1600 US$ and be near me "Raleigh" as I don't want to get into the hassle of shipping a pc as I have seen there are many risks of the pc being damaged.

I have found 2 good deals till now, if anyone can let me know if I should get this or wait a bit, I would appreciate it.馃憤
