Not sure if either RTX 1070 or GTX 4060 ever existed

But in parallel universe world, assuming GTX has no unnecessary AI cores and 4060 means it is a 3 generations newer than 1070 and has more powerful conventional cores, I will choose GTX 4060 all the way 🤣

4060 is SIGNIFICANTLY faster than a 1070, it's not really a fair comparison.

 

A 1080ti is a much closer battle, oftentimes winning against the 4060, but you have serious performance issues on the horizon with the adaptation of mesh shaders soon to become mainstream.
