Final Check on First Build

Budget (including currency): $2000 USD, Somewhat flexible but I'm hoping to be at 2k or under with holiday deals. 

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Primary use will be gaming but I also plan to use it for 3d modeling/rendering primarily via Rhino3D but would also like to be able to run heavier programs like Revit or animate in Blender. Primary Game is Factorio but I'd like to be able to play FPS games and RPG's like the Witcher, No Mans sky, and Subnautica.

Other details:  I made an original post but was informed that the next gen intel chips would be coming out soon so I waited and have compiled a new list (See below). I Will probably wait to buy my items on black Friday and cyber Monday. 

 

My questions on the current list are. Is there a compatible motherboard that would not require a BIOS update to function at a similar price? Is there an alternate Liquid CPU cooler that performs well but is lower in price?

 

Any and all other suggestions are also welcome. Thank you so much for the help!

MSI Z790-A MAX is around $20 more.
