When I try to open up reaper, the program wont even start up. It just freezes, I click on the screen, everything goes white and I get a windows message saying Reaper is not responding. I try to use task manager, but even THAT doesn't work. I have to restart the ENTIRE computer just to fix the problem. What do I even do when I can't even launch the program. There's no customer support so I can't even go down THAT route.

Hi,

if you Reaper keeps crashing is open your project in recovery mode with all plugins offline. Slowly turn on each plugin until Reaper crashes. Take note of the plugin that made Reaper crash and take it offline. Next, find the plugin in the "add FX" window and right click it.
