Windows black screen loop

I’m had a problem with my Mac bootcamp system where the screen randomly went black, showed the screen went black again in an infinite loop until I did a hard reboot. Can anyone tell me what the problem was? 
 

system specs: 

 

Model: MacBook Air 6,2 2014 Early

OS Currently in use: Windows 10 Pro 

APU: Intel core i5-4260U with Intel HD graphics 5000

RAM: 4GB

SSD: 256 GB split in half for bootcamp and MacOS

Update: Figured out it was my GPU at 100% when watching a video through the tor browser, Ram usage is pretty high as well 86% still not sure what can fix this

Also desktop display manager at 100% GPU when at idle
