Disable XMP and try again.  If that doesn't fix it, please list all your parts exact by model # and if necessary, which hardware version you have.

So I just build my new computer a week ago and for some reason my games and my computer keep crashing, just now I got a bluescreen I have a RTX 3060 a intel 12700k 12th gen  and ddr5 memory that has XMP enabled. What do I do?
