I would go with the 7600 non X, its basically 1-3% slower than the 7600x but it comes with a stock cooler that is plenty good enough. Save you a bit of cash there.
The power supply price is not listed in this PcPartPicker, is this something you already own?

Okay! Its a decent PSU thats on the B:Tier in the PSU tier list so its very good for this build

Overall I think you did a very good job in picking the parts out. Not much I would change here if anything at all.

A few things. The Corsair 4000D is a hose job. That case comes with a single 120mm front intake fan which is unacceptable for the price. Second thing is you want to look for AMD EXPO RAM.

I would look at these changes. The 120mm fan goes inside the back of that case for a rear exhaust fan.
