Hey guys,

I'll be doing a custom build soon, long story short, I'll be building a pc into a custom designed and built desk and I need a USB 3.0 hub/ station to be on the desk to connect external hdds, ssds, usb flash drives etc.

I was hoping for something more than just a USB hub that runs from a USB port on the mobo, as this would have a bottlenecked bandwidth (the maximum bandwidth of a single USB 3.0 port).

Thunderbolt II IS an option for a connection to the mobo, but the only station I know of that runs Thunderbolt into what I want is one that belkin makes, and it's pricey.

What would you guys recommend as a solution to this? essentially I'm looking for whatever has maximum bandwidth speeds for multiple drives, for the least amount of money. Ideal budget is less than 100 euros ( about 140 US dollars) but I am willing to break that for something special.

Thanks Guys!

also, the motherboard I'll be using is an Asus z97 WS, not sure if that helps but it can't hurt.....
