Hello, So i built a new PC not to long ago It's been working fine for a while but when i turned it on one morning everything has slowed down mind i was using it the night before without changing anything. Programs were talking longer to open and move across my screen videos would buffer my mouse was moving slowly also, like the video it self would still play but on my screen it would freeze for a second. I've done almost everything i can think of to fix it I've done Sfc scan, memory diagnostic, scanned for viruses,I've scanned my hard drive and nothing. When i try to reset windows it goes for a little than stops and says undoing changes and goes back to the troubleshoot screen. I was getting nothing but blue screen for a little with IOMAP64.SYS and one more i couldn't read fast enough. I know MAP64 is for asus but i don't have anything installed from asus on my pc that or i can't find it but the blue screens have stop as of right now. If anyone could help me i would really appreciate it. If you need anymore info just ask.

Hard to tell exactly what happened but I think it may have been an automatic update that screwed up your Windows integrity.

First thing you should do is back up any important data. Backup up to your HDD and keeping it unplugged may do the trick if you don't have enough external devices to do a proper backup.

Since your system seems pretty mangled already, I think I'd go for nuking your boot drive and install a fresh Windows. That way, you should be able to confirm that your hardware is running flawlessly and it was a software issue.

Good luck !
