Continous stuttering when gaming

My laptop (Rog Strix G16) Has never had problems before even when running hot (95 Celsius), Now whenever i play a game (Elite Dangerous, Wreckfest) it starts to have giant sutters that affect my cursor audio and visuals. I have tried restarting, updating drivers, overclocking, running process lasso yet nothing works.

Something software related mus be messing with you. It would be very difficult to tell without more information or access to the laptop. If it's frustrating to deal with then I would just go for the nuclear option and reinstall a fresh Windows from scratch, with a USB and no bloatware.

try running it plugged into wall power and a monitor//tv if you can, also go to battery settings and turn on HIGH POWA
